I watch the dessert shop across the way—children flock in to pick their treats. When they near me, they turn away in disdain. Then one evening, I find my way inside. Honey and marshmallow glide over me. Finally, the moment under the spotlight arrives. Soon, in the careful hands of the pastry chef, I am placed upon a rotating stage.

In this creation, I drew from two remarkable works and my own life experiences: The literary work：The Vegetarian The film：The Substance The inner foundation of the work stems from a mindset of FOMO. Entering the late twenties, life has found its frequency and rhythm—there is joy I’m unwilling to lose, and there are stagnant losses that remain.
