Centifolia Oud opens fresh and fruity with bergamot. From the first moment you can smell the absolute of rose centifolia from Morocco that I used in overdose in this perfume. What I particularly like with this rose absolute is that we do not smell only the petals of rose, but the complete flower, with its stem. This gives a green nuance to this rose, and I find it particularly interesting. I also find in this rose absolute a strong nuance of fruitiness, as if the rose was a fruit. And it is this nuance that I wanted to highlight in Centifolia Oud by mixing the rose absolute of Morocco, with a very resinous oud of Thailand. For the rest you will find a very clean accord of musk, warm vanilla amber, and saffron for the touch of spice. Even if Centifolia oud is not a perfume focused on animality, I wanted to bring it with light touches, with civet and ambergris.
