This Privacy Policy explains how Fortunesoul Import and Export Limited operating FortuneSoul in Hong Kong collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data, and your rights under Hong Kong law.
2. What we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you interact with us or place an order
• Contact details such as name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses
• Order and payment details captured through our payment providers
• Communications that you send to us
• Technical data such as device, browser, IP address, and pages viewed through cookies or similar technologies
3. How we collect
We collect data directly from you for example during checkout or when you contact us and automatically through cookies and similar technologies. We may also receive updates from payment processors and delivery partners related to fulfilment and fraud prevention.

We use personal data to

We follow the PDPO rules for direct marketing and Hong Kong rules for electronic messages, which require clear sender details and an unsubscribe facility.

7. Sharing your data
We share personal data with service providers who help operate our business, including payment processors, fulfilment partners, couriers, analytics and email providers, and professional advisers. These parties act under our instructions and must protect the data.

In many cases order records are kept for up to seven years for accounting and compliance. The PDPO retention principle requires data not be kept longer than necessary.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data and require our processors to do the same. Under the PDPO, data users should adopt contractual or other means to prevent unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss, or use.
11. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate data. We respond within the statutory time frame which is generally forty days. We may charge a reasonable fee that is not excessive for processing an access request. 12. Children
Our site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
13. Openness and PICS
On or before collection we provide a Personal Information Collection Statement that sets out the purposes of use, whether provision is obligatory or voluntary, the consequences of not providing required information, the classes of transferees, direct marketing information where relevant, and your rights of access and correction with our contact details.
14. Unsolicited electronic messages
If we send any commercial electronic messages with a Hong Kong link, we include sender identification and an unsubscribe facility. We honour unsubscribe requests within the statutory period.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes take effect when posted on the website.
