Banana

Golden bananas, sliced so neat,
Soaked in brine, both mild and sweet.
Dropped in water, bubbling high,
Gently simmer, soft yet dry.

Pandan steeps in coconut white,
Salt and sugar blend just right.
Add the bananas, stir with grace,
Till fragrant swirls fill up the space.
