2. Orders
By placing an order you offer to purchase goods from FortuneSoul. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders are generally not cancellable after payment, except if an item becomes unavailable. We will offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund for that item.
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. If your card is in a different currency, your bank or provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
You confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Billing
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. If you need a formal invoice, reply to that email or contact us with your order number and billing details.
Keep your billing name, address, email, and payment details accurate so we can process and communicate about your order.

5. Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees set by your local authority. These charges are paid by the recipient. Customs processing can extend delivery times and is outside our control.
Title and risk in the goods pass upon delivery to the address you provide. If a parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered, please photograph the condition and contact us within 48 hours so that we can assist.
If a delivery is refused or unclaimed and the order returns to us, we can reship after we receive the additional shipping fee.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrances and related products, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for opened items.
We will assist where goods are defective or incorrect on arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description. If a return is approved for a defective or incorrect item, it must be unused and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

7. Privacy
We collect and use personal data for order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, compliance, and where you consent, marketing communications.
We maintain a Personal Information Collection Statement that explains what we collect, the purposes of use, the classes of transferees, whether provision is voluntary or obligatory, and your rights to access and correct data.
You may opt out of direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We honour do not call and do not contact preferences.
We may store or process data with service providers outside Hong Kong with appropriate safeguards.
