The word ‘Jogi’ is derived from the Sanskrit word “yoga”, dating back to the origin mentioned in the Shiva Purana from the Hindu Community. Among many spiritual depictions, one explains itself as a Sufi; someone who has surrendered his love for this world for a much bigger, better, and everlasting world.
